A tasting and wellness journey through the vineyard and the cellar Saturday 25th of May from 11:00 to 18:00 Stroll through the vineyard, learn about the healthy and culinary properties of the local wild herbs with Gianpaolo Demartis of Calarighe (School of Sardinian Traditional Herbal Medicine ) and Giuseppe Barracu chef of "Il Mattacchione". The delicious food cooked by Giuseppe, with flowers and herbs, will be paired with our wines. Winery guests: Vaicacao and their selections of cacao from El Salvador and Central America, handcrafted in Olbia and Essere Italian Foulard, manufacturers of artistic silk scarves.
